Boxes for dough proofing and for dough transport

For optimum proofing process aluminum boxes are used as they fulfil all the requirements of this process in a shop, production plant or on the way to a bakery's branch or manufactured-owned shop. Aluminum palettes have many advantages for breaking the process of proofing, freezing or cooling: aluminum keeps cold. In comparison to wooden or plastic palettes, aluminum palettes keep cold twice longer. Thanks to special holes the cold air evenly gets to dough bits and you get the same baking result for all dough.
